• After purchase, your booking will be in a pending state. Upon confirmation, your e-ticket will be sent within 24 hours.
• Booking changes and cancellations are allowed up to 1 day before your scheduled use.
• Please note that same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in no changes or refunds.
• The maximum capacity at any given time is 4 people.
• Valet parking service is mandatory for parking. A basic fee of ₩4,000 applies for 2 hours, with an additional ₩2,000 for every 30 minutes thereafter.
• On Tuesdays, a car lift service must be used, and free parking is available only for vehicles with an engine capacity of 2500cc or less.
