• You can exchange your ticket on-site by scanning your WAUG mobile e-ticket at the Express Train ticket vending machine.
• Refund fee after ticket issuance: 1,000 KRW ~ 3,200 KRW depending on refund timing / Number of changes: Up to 3 times until 5 minutes before departure.

• This product requires exchange using the code number on the e-ticket, which is sent immediately after purchase, either online or at the station.
• Please exchange for a ticket online or at the station using the 13-digit code number you received. Use is not possible without exchange.
• Train intervals are 25 to 40 minutes.
• This product is for the direct train between Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport and does not stop at intermediate stations like Hongik University Station.
• This ticket is limited to travel between Seoul and Incheon International Airport. Additional charges may apply if you transfer to a regular train or travel to a location other than Seoul Station or Incheon International Airport Station.
• If you wish to exchange for a physical ticket on-site, you can do so by scanning the printed e-ticket or mobile e-ticket at the Express Train ticket vending machine.
• Refund fees after ticket issuance range from ₩1,000 to ₩3,200 depending on the refund time, with no fees applicable until the day before departure. Refunds are not possible after the train's scheduled departure time.
• You can choose your departure station as Seoul Station, Incheon Airport Terminal 1, or Incheon Airport Terminal 2.
• You can check train departure times for the current date and time onwards.
• Children are aged 6 to 12 years old based on the boarding date. Children aged 6 and above require a child ticket.
• Children under 6 years old can ride for free, but you must present proof of age when exchanging your ticket.
• If one accompanying adult has more than one infant, or if a seat is required for an infant, a child ticket must be purchased.
• The maximum number of reservations per booking is 12 people, including adults and children.
• For round trips, please purchase two one-way tickets.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• This is an open ticket valid within its validity period. Please note that refunds are not possible even if your desired date is unavailable.
• This ticket is non-refundable, so please purchase with careful consideration.
