• Please complete your reservation at least 1 day before the usage date.
• The shuttle bus departing from Everland to Seoul is only available for the 19:10 departure.
• Infants under 3 years old can ride for free. However, a seat cannot be provided.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the meeting time to ensure on-time departure.
• No refund will be provided even if you miss the bus due to being late for the meeting time. Please be careful not to be late.
• Eating and drinking are not allowed on the shuttle bus.
• Caribbean Bay is located a 5-minute walk from Everland.
• Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, etc.
• A 100% refund is possible only if the tour is canceled due to a shortage of minimum participants after booking. For cancellations due to simple change of mind, cancellation fees will apply depending on the time of request.
