- 100% refund for cancellations made by 5 PM KST, 3 days before the reservation date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made by 5 PM KST, 2 days before the reservation date.
- No refund for cancellations made 1 day before or on the reservation date.
- Changes to reservation dates can be requested by 4 PM KST, 3 days before the reservation date.
