Ticket Booth Location

Get off at Exit 1 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station (Subway Lines 2, 4, 5) and go up the hill to find the ticket office. If you get off at Exit 8 of Dongdaemun Station(Subway Line 1), please find the ticket office across from Doosan Tower.

• An e-ticket will be sent to your email or app.
• Present your e-ticket at the on-site ticket booth to exchange it for a wristband ticket.
• Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

• In the case of a double-decker bus, the customer is responsible for accidents caused by dangerous behavior such as standing while driving. Please be sure to sit down.
• Operation will be suspended in case of heavy rain, heavy snow, or storms.
• For inquiries about the city tour, please contact the contact information listed on the e-ticket.
• The bus operates every 40 minutes on weekdays / every 25 minutes on weekends, and the arrival time may be delayed by 5-10 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
• Please refer to the detailed operating hours attached to each stop.
• The city tour bus operates on a free seating basis, so if the bus is full, you will have to take the next bus.
• It cannot be used after 17:00. (Last departure time is 17:00.)
• The course may be changed, closed, or delayed without prior notice due to traffic congestion, demonstrations, weather, etc. 
• For the traditional culture course, Discover Seoul Pass holders can ride for free. A free bus ticket is issued once and is valid for 1 day. (Bus tickets can be exchanged at the DDP ticket office.)
