• An e-ticket will be sent via email or app (within 24 hours). 
• Please present the e-ticket at the group ticketing counter on the 1st floor to enter.
• All members of your party must be present to receive boarding passes/KidZos/safety wristbands.
• Please enter according to your group's designated entry announced by staff and on the monitors.
• Valid only on the date specified at the time of purchase.

• Experiences are conducted in Korean only.
• Reservation confirmation is subject to operator verification. (Reservations may not be possible during peak seasons.)
• Entry is not permitted for guardians alone or with infants under 36 months old.
• Children must enter with a guardian for their safety and enjoyable experience. (Children cannot enter alone)
• Infants under 36 months can enter for free, but cannot participate in career exploration activities.
• Only children can enter each experience facility, and the supervisors in charge will help children have a fun experience.
• Experience facilities have full glass or screen walls, allowing you to watch the activities from outside.
• For the safe experience of children, the use of Crocs, aqua shoes, sandals, and other rubber-soled shoes is restricted in the Special Forces Training Center, Sports Plex, and Extreme Climbing.
• All members of the party must be present at the time of ticket issuance. (No partial or full refund is possible on the visit date)
• A fee will be charged for lost experience wristbands.
• Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

• Children aged 0-2 are free.
• Children aged 3-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Children aged 16 and above must pay the same fee as adults.
• In-facility programs are designed for children aged 3-15.
