• Fitting is allowed for up to 2 designs, unlimited size exchanges.
• An additional fee will be charged if you try on more than 3 outfits.
• Please hang the uniforms and hangers you have tried on on the hanger in front of the fitting room.
• A fitting fee of KRW 15,000 will be charged if you do not rent after fitting.
• You will be charged for any loss or contamination when returning the uniform.
• Please tell us the sticker number you received when paying when returning the item.
• CCTV footage will be released and legal proceedings will be taken if the product is not returned.
• This ticket can only be used at Gamsung Gyobok E-World Branch.
• You must leave one ID card for every 3 people when renting.
• The deposit is KRW 10,000 in cash per person. (Account transfer not possible, card payment not possible)
• The deposit is used to charge a certain amount of money if the product is damaged upon return, and the full amount will be refunded if there are no special circumstances.
• Some of your clothes can be stored, but large winter coats and suitcases cannot be stored due to the small store size.
• If same-day return is not made, an additional fee of KRW 5,000 per person per day will be charged.
• Please return the uniform within business hours.
• If you apply for a 1-night, 2-day additional use contract when renting, you can use it for KRW 5,000 per person per night, and if you extend without a contract agreement, a delay fee of KRW 10,000 per person per day may be charged (even if you return it earlier than the rental period, the cost of the remaining time will not be refunded).
• During peak season, waiting may occur if you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation time.
• Free cancellation is only possible for cancellations made before 9:00 AM the day before the date of use.
