• Physical tickets cannot be exchanged at the airport bus self-ticketing machines.
• QR vouchers cannot be used for boarding the limousine bus. Please ensure you exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at the designated exchange counter before use.
• When exchanging your voucher for a paper ticket at the Incheon Airport ticket counter, please state your destination. Failure to do so may result in a ticket for a different route than your intended destination.
• Partial exchange of purchased tickets is not allowed (e.g., if you purchased 2 tickets, you cannot exchange only 1).
• One child under 6 years of age may travel free of charge when accompanied by one paying adult.
• However, if you wish to reserve a seat for the child, or if one adult is accompanying two children, the child fare will apply.
