• If the reservation is not possible with the desired date and option, Travolution Customer Service Team will contact you by email or phone. 
• All treatments are by reservation only, so please be sure to keep your appointment time. If you are late, your time will be deducted and you may not be able to receive all the desired services. In this case, refunds are not possible.
• On the day of your visit, shampoo your hair and dry it thoroughly, and apply basic skincare lightly (no high-nutrient creams, no white cast sunscreen). 
• Customers who need to change clothes should wear clothes with buttons or dresses with zippers. 
• Normal opening hours are 10:00~18:00. If you book before 10:00 AM, an early start fee of 11,000 KRW per hour will be charged, and you can pay by card or cash on-site.  
• This service does not provide wedding photoshoots, wedding ceremonies, or wedding makeup for mothers of the bride/groom.
• Smooth communication in English & Japanese is difficult, but it is possible through a translator.
• Additional charge (11,000 KRW per hour) will be incurred on-site
• Duration : 1~2 people: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes / 3 or more people: Approximately 3 hours / Children, teenagers, men: Approximately 1 hour
• Minimum/Maximum number of people : 1 person / 10 people
