- Walking: Approximately 20 minutes (1.1km) from Exit 2 of Seoul Grand Park Station (Line 4).
- Elephant Train Ride (separate ticket purchase required): Alight at Seoul Land Main Gate. *2 stops from the Information Center.

• The Sky Lift will be suspended for safety inspections on July 15th, August 26th, and November 25th, and will not be operational during these periods.
• Your e-ticket must be presented only at the Main Entrance Group Counseling Center and will be exchanged for an admission ticket.
• Tickets for Seoul Land, the Zoo, and the Lift can only be exchanged at the Main Entrance Group Counseling Center of Seoul Land.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged at the Zoo or Lift ticket booths.
• Closing hours may vary depending on festival schedules and Seoul Land's operating status. Please reconfirm the hours before your visit.
• Ticket exchange is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ticket issuance is not possible after closing.
• The EDM Stage may be canceled without prior notice due to outdoor weather conditions or other circumstances.
• During winter, outdoor activities may be restricted for animal protection.
  Additionally, some rides within Seoul Land may be temporarily closed for safety inspections without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
• Due to planned gondola construction in 2027, the Sky Lift option will be available until December 31, 2026.
