• This product is for foreigners only. Korean passport holders cannot use it.
• This ticket is valid only on weekdays and has a time limit of 3 hours.
• Not available on Korean weekends and public holidays.
• For safety reasons, only individuals aged 12 and above are permitted.
• For group reservations of 20 or more people, please inquire with the cafe in advance.
• An agreement form must be completed upon entry. Outside food and drinks are prohibited.
• Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon entry.
• While first aid is provided for scratches or bites, the cafe is not responsible for subsequent medical care.
• The cafe is not responsible for any damage or soiling of personal belongings by the cats.
• Staff may request guests to leave if they are disturbing the cats.
• Cat feeding times are at 1:30 PM and 6:30 PM daily. This may be suspended depending on the cats' adaptation period and on-site conditions.
• Waiting times may occur depending on the number of visitors.
• Please store shoes, outerwear, and luggage in the lockers provided.
• For the hygiene and safety of both cats and guests, please change into indoor slippers and wash your hands before entering.

• Do not pull the cats' tails or any other body parts.
• You may gently pet sleeping cats, but do not wake them up to play.
• Do not disturb cats while they are eating.
• Please be quiet and do not disturb cats when they are resting.
• Do not feed cats or give them treats without staff permission.
• Do not use flash photography and be mindful not to stress the cats.
• Cats are sensitive to noise. Please avoid loud sounds.
• Do not chase the cats.
• Do not hold or lift the cats.
