• Tickets can be used at all Aquafield branches (Aquafield Goyang, Hanam, Anseong).
• Please check the ticket type and age purchased, and select the locker gender (male/female).
• Jjimjil Spa/Water Park can be used for up to 6 hours, and Multi Pass for up to 9 hours. Exceeding the usage time will incur an additional charge of 5,000 KRW per hour.
• Children under 36 months can enter for free, but bathrobes or towels are not provided. (Documentation required)
• A locker number will be issued after confirming your gender. Please enter using that number.
• Go to the shoe locker and find the one with the number written on your ticket.
• Please use the shoe locker within 20 minutes after receiving your locker number (ticket). (If not used, the shoe locker will automatically lock.)
• Use a locker of the same number as your shoe locker to store your clothes.
• Please use the facilities after showering.
• After leaving, please go to the settlement counter to pay for any additional facilities used.
• Even customers who do not use the additional facilities must visit the settlement counter to confirm their usage time.
• Please use the shoe locker within 20 minutes after receiving your ticket. (If not used, the shoe locker will automatically lock.)
• According to the National Health Management Act, children under 48 months cannot bathe alone.
• Children under 48 months can enter with proof of age.
• For comfortable use and safety, waiting times may occur if the maximum capacity is exceeded, and entry will be proportional to the number of departing visitors.
• Admission fees are non-refundable after entry. (Exceptions may be made for injuries, etc.)
• Due to the nature of multi-purpose facilities, water quality maintenance, fire prevention, and maintaining a pleasant environment, food, burners, and glass bottles are prohibited. If you bring food, please store it in the designated storage area.
  (Water and beverages in PET bottles are allowed. Baby food, patient food, and peeled seedless fruits stored in airtight containers are permitted.)
• Children under 10 years old and the elderly must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Intoxicated individuals are prohibited from entering. (Entry and use may be restricted, or you may be forcibly removed.)
• Men and women over 4 years old (48 months) cannot enter the sauna, shower room, or locker room together.
• Mats, portable chairs, ice boxes, glass containers, and pets are not allowed.
• Fins and large water toys (over 120cm in diameter) are prohibited from being brought in and used.
• Swimwear-material clothing must be worn when using the water park. (Hats, aqua shoes, goggles, etc. are allowed.)
• In case of criminal acts (sexual harassment, sexual assault, theft, etc.) within the facility, you may be forcibly removed and handed over to the police.
• Food consumption is only allowed in designated areas to maintain a clean environment.
• The storage period for items found within the facility is 3 months. (Items will be disposed of after the period expires)
• Aquafield is a non-smoking facility.
• Upon leaving, please visit the 4th-floor settlement counter to check and settle your post-paid usage details on your locker key.
• Even customers who do not use the additional facilities must visit the settlement counter to check their usage time.
• If you do not check and settle your post-paid usage details at the settlement counter, the shoe locker will not open.
• Re-entry is not possible after payment.
• Mobile phone use is not permitted in lockers or saunas. Taking photos, videos, or making video calls is strictly prohibited.
• After changing clothes, you can use the sauna (bath) after showering. Wearing swimwear is not allowed.
• The locker key has a payment function. If lost, please report it to staff immediately. (A fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for loss.)
• Especially for customers with children, please pay extra attention to managing your locker key.
• The person who loses the locker key is solely responsible for any accidents caused by the loss of the locker key.
• Shoe lockers and clothing lockers use the same key (same number). Please be sure to check the number when using.
• The shoe locker can only be opened and closed once.
