Classes are held at Yongwoon International Swimming Pool, which is directly operated by the Daejeon Metropolitan Facilities Management Corporation and is clean and hygienic. In addition, the professional instructor carefully guides you on how to stretch and warm up before the experience and how to set up equipment. Introducing the class progress.

Freediving class lasts about 2 hours. First, we will have a freediving introduction and meeting, followed by stretching and warming up, and then wearing freediving equipment. Next, there will be an explanation about freediving and a full-fledged experience. At this time, you will learn various techniques to become a diver, such as snorkeling, equalization (adjusting to water pressure), and duck diving (entry technique). Finally, the class ends with taking photos and videos.
