1. Find your own beauty - 60 minutes / Hair styling + Makeup
 : Experience personalized 1:1 hair styling and makeup through the K-beauty idol and actor styling program.

2. Handsome Man Project Care Set (for men only) - 90 minutes ~ 120 minutes / Shampoo + Scalp Scaling Step 1 (Scalp Exfoliation) + Cut + Styling
 : This is a styling program exclusively for men prepared by Comme Nana.

3. Scalp Care + Cut - 120 minutes / Shampoo + 5-step Scalp Care + Cut + Styling
: Available for both men and women with Comme Nana's special styling program.

• An e-ticket will be sent to your email after the operator confirms your reservation
• Pre-consultation will be conducted through the messenger you provided when booking (KakaoTalk, LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, Viber all available)
• Arrival is required 10 minutes before the scheduled time
• Present your e-ticket on-site
• This product is only valid on the date specified on the calendar.

• Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to book this product.
• Pre-consultation will be conducted through the messenger you provided when booking at the hair salon, so please be sure to enter the correct messenger ID and allow ID search. (KakaoTalk, LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, Viber all available)
• If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, you will be treated as a no-show, and in this case, a refund is not possible. 
• The maximum number of people who can book at the same time is 2.
• As this is a popular hair salon among Koreans, reservations may not be possible on the desired date & time. In this case, the CS team will contact you immediately via email and messenger.
• It is not possible to specify a particular designer.
• The designer is only available in Korean, but the store manager can communicate in English and Japanese.
• Refunds are not possible due to subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction with the hairstyle. However, exceptions are made if the hairstyle is significantly different from what was objectively discussed during the consultation.
• Refunds are not possible unless the hair is burnt or broken due to improper procedures or chemical bonding errors, making it difficult to achieve the desired result. 
• Some hair damage is expected with chemical treatments, and the customer is deemed to have agreed to this before receiving salon services.
• For the 'Find Your Own Beauty' option, please wash your hair and apply basic makeup before visiting the store.
• For the 'Handsome Man Project Care Set' and 'Scalp Care + Cut' programs, you do not need to wash your hair before coming.
• Hair styling and haircuts are separate services.
