[How to get there] : Exit from Exit 5 of Yeongdeungpo Station on Subway Line 1 and cross the road diagonally. → Go straight and enter Shinsegae Department Store and go straight ahead. → Exit from '3GATE' of Shinsegae Department Store, go to the right and enter Time Square Gate 9. → Take the elevator or escalator on the left to the 4th floor. → Take the physical ticket and go up to the 5th floor.

• The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused by participants' failure to comply with the instructions and precautions of the staff.

• Refunds are not possible if participation is not possible due to the participant's health reasons. Please be sure to check before booking.
• Passport presentation is required upon admission.
• Usage time is unlimited on weekdays, and limited to 3 hours on weekends/holidays. (4 hours from March 8th)
• Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
• Strollers are not allowed and can be stored in the storage area at the entrance before entering.
• Free admission for children under 18 months, and a 30% discount is applied on-site for infants between 18 months and under 36 months. (Please bring your passport.)
• For safety reasons, there may be a waiting time of about 15 to 30 minutes depending on the number of people, and refunds are not possible due to this.
• Experience may be restricted in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act, and you are responsible for any problems that occur when touching animals without the permission of the zookeeper.
• There is a time when you can directly feed the animals with the zookeeper at a set time every day.
• You can feed the animals directly when purchasing animal feed on-site. (Feed is not included in the ticket.)
