• The capacity per rickshaw is 2 adults, and the maximum load is 150kg. One infant under 4 years old can ride on the lap for free.
• If you wish to use a 3-seater rickshaw, please inquire separately before booking. (May not be available depending on the situation)
• Even if the start is delayed due to customer circumstances, the tour will end at the scheduled time.
• If you do not want historical commentary, please tell the driver in advance.
• Regarding walking tours: If you have physical difficulties, you can only take the rickshaw tour, but viewing of attractions inaccessible by vehicle may be limited.
• Bad Weather Cancellation Policy: Tours may be canceled in the event of temperatures (below -5°C, above 38°C), rainfall (over 5mm), snowfall (over 1cm), wind speed (over 10m/s), or yellow dust/fine dust warnings based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast. In this case, rescheduling or a 100% refund is possible.
