• Height restriction: All facilities are available for those over 110cm / Flying Jet & Gyro VR are available for those between 120cm and 190cm
• Those with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, and pregnant women may be restricted from participating for safety reasons.
• Wearing non-slip socks is mandatory upon entry. (Inability to use if not worn)
• You must immediately notify the front desk if you lose your bracelet (lost fee KRW 3,000) or locker key (lost fee KRW 8,000), and a lost fee will be charged.
• An additional charge of KRW 2,000 per 10 minutes will be incurred for exceeding the time limit, and must be paid on-site.
• Re-entry is not allowed if you remove the bracelet and leave during use, and refunds are not possible due to this.
• Food and pets are not allowed.
• Admission may be restricted or waiting may occur if the capacity is exceeded, and the waiting time may be longer depending on group reservation status on the day. (Refunds are not possible due to this)
• You may be asked to present an ID such as a student ID when applying and paying for youth rates.
