Issuance Procedure : 
1. Select [Issue New Card] → [Issue Code]
2. Select currency and scan your passport.
3. Enter the 6-digit coupon code from your voucher and check the agreement.
4. Insert cash to charge → Receive your card.
5. Activate the card by inserting it once, then use it.
6. Download the WOWPASS APP, register your card, and check your balance.

• This card can only be used for payments at domestic offline stores.
• Transportation card balances cannot be loaded with foreign currency and can only be loaded with Korean Won cash at subway station chargers or convenience stores.
• The maximum foreign currency loading limit is KRW 2 million per day and KRW 10 million per week.
• A fee of KRW 1,000 will be charged for Korean Won cash withdrawals and KRW 3,000 for card reissuance.
• You must bring your passport to verify your identity when issuing the card.
