• This ticket is valid for use on the specified date and time.
• After confirming your reservation, we will send you an e-ticket via email.

• Present your voucher at the meeting point on the day of use and follow the staff's instructions.

• This ticket is not available for Korean nationals. (Foreigner-only product)
• The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused by participants not complying with staff instructions and precautions.
• The facility is not responsible for injuries caused by intentional or negligent actions of users, so please be careful when using it.
• The minimum rental period is 3 days. Even if you wish to use it for 1-2 days, the 3-day fee will be charged.
• Completion and submission of the Google Form is mandatory. If not submitted by 1 PM the day before rental, the product can only be picked up at Terminal 1. Failure to complete the form may result in a waiting time of over 1 hour on-site, and rental may be refused if passport verification is not possible.
• Changes to pickup time and terminal must be contacted to the customer center by 6 PM the day before pickup. Same-day change requests are not possible.
• Storage/pickup/return outside of business hours is not possible. Customers using T1 between 10 PM and 11 PM should contact the customer center separately.

• For inquiries, damage, or loss of rental products, please contact the customer center channels.
• Minor scratches or general stains will not incur repair fees, but a fee of 100% of the product's selling price will be charged for loss or irreparable damage. A purchase receipt will be sent for transparent settlement.
• Contact is mandatory before return for lost items or missing components. Action will be taken for non-return without prior contact.
• Delivery is also available within Seoul. (In this case, please inquire with the company in advance before payment.)
