How to use
- Please use it at the reserved time on the day of the experience.
- This ticket is valid for use on the specified date and time.
- After confirming your reservation, we will send you an e-ticket via email.
- On the day of use, present your voucher at the site (Hongdae KPLANZ) and pay the deposit before using it.
- Deposit information: Senior products & stroller KRW 300,000 / Baby bed KRW 150,000
- After using the product according to your schedule, return it to the same location. (Deposit will be refunded immediately upon return)

- This ticket is not available for Korean nationals. (Product for foreigners only)
- A deposit of KRW 300,000 must be paid on-site when renting senior products and Pompola N2 strollers, and KRW 150,000 for baby beds, RIAN strollers, and folding wheelchairs.
- This deposit will be refunded immediately upon return of the product.
- If you are unable to return the product within the period, you must contact us in advance.
- The organizer is not responsible for accidents caused by participants not following the instructions and precautions of the staff.
- The facility is not responsible for injuries caused by intentional or careless acts of users, so please be careful when using the facility.
- Rental and return are only possible during operating hours (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Be sure to select the basic option first, and then select additional options per day.
- If it is difficult to return the product within the specified period, you must contact the customer center in advance.
